The sale is expressly for cash. Payment must be made immediately after the sale.

The lots are sold in euros and all taxes included (TTC).

- by credit card on the spot or at a distance (VISA, MASTERCARD);

- in cash (euros) up to €1,000 for French nationals or up to €15,000 for foreign nationals (on presentation of proof of address, tax notice, etc.; in addition to the passport);

- by bank transfer (the prize will only be delivered once the funds have been credited to our bank account). Any bank charges are at the expense of the successful bidder;

- by bank check. Simple checks are not accepted;

The costs in addition to the bids are to be consulted in the conditions of sale: no claim will be accepted once the bid has been validated.

The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid, to organize the bidding in the most appropriate way, to move certain lots during the sale, to withdraw any lot from the sale, to combine or separate lots.
